We stand behind the quality of Open Sky Commerce. If the product does not work as described — meaning it fails to install, run, or function in accordance with the published documentation — we will issue a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.

What Is Covered

The product does not install or build successfully following the documented setup steps.
A core feature described on the product page is materially non-functional and cannot be resolved with reasonable support.
You were charged in error (duplicate purchase, billing mistake, etc.).

What Is Not Covered

Because Open Sky Commerce is a source-code product, all sales are final once the code has been accessed and the refund window has passed. The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

You changed your mind or no longer need the product after downloading and accessing the source code.
Incompatibilities introduced by your own customizations, third-party integrations, or infrastructure choices that deviate from the documented environment.
Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase date.
Feature requests or preferences for functionality not listed in the product description at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Your order number or the email address used at checkout.
A brief description of the issue and any steps you have already taken to resolve it.

We will respond within 2 business days. If the issue is confirmed as a product defect and cannot be resolved, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your card issuer.
